DFWK-12 系列戶外環網柜是公司采用國外優良技術，根據我國各區域配電網絡特點和城市配網電纜化改造的實際情況，開發、生產的具有國外水準的充氣式戶外環網柜。 

DFWK-12 系列戶外環網柜采用 HRM16-12/24 系列 SF6 全密封全絕緣環網開關設備，該開關設備具有模塊化、可擴展、全絕緣、全密封、 安全可靠、免維護等優點，適用于任何惡劣環境，被廣泛應用于工業園區、居民區、街道、機場、各種建筑物、繁華商業中心等場所。 

DFWK-12 Series Outdoor Ring Cabinet is an inflatable outdoor ring cabinet with international first-class standards developed and produced by the company based on foreign advanced technologies, and according to the characteristics of distribution networks in various regions of China and the actual situation of cable transformation of urban distribution networks. 

DFWK-12 series outdoor ring network cabinet adopts HRM16-12/24 series SF6 fully sealed and fully insulated ring network switching equipment. The switching equipment has the advantages of modularization, expandability, full insulation, full sealing, safety and reliability, maintenancefree, etc. It is suitable for any harsh environment and is widely used in industrial parks, residential areas, streets, airports, various buildings, prosperous commercial centers and other places.

正常使用環境 Normal operating environment

◇ 環境溫度：溫度 +50℃，低溫度 -40℃，日平均溫度不超過 35℃； 

◇ 相對濕度：日平均值不超過 95%，月平均值不超過 90%； 

◇ 風速：不超過 35m/s； 

◇ 污穢等級：Ⅲ級； 

◇地震烈度：8 度； 

◇ 地面傾斜度：不大于 3 度； 

◇ 安裝地點：安裝在沒有火災，爆炸或劇烈震動、通風良好、無腐蝕性氣體的場所。 

特別條件 

◇當設備安裝在海拔高度為 1000 米以上時，需特別注明，以便公司在制造時對 SF6 壓力進行調整。 

◇ 如果涉及特別惡劣條件，請務必向公司咨詢。 

◇ Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +50℃ , minimum temperature -40℃ , maximum daily average temperature not exceeding 35℃ ; 

◇ Relative humidity: daily average value does not exceed 95%, monthly average value does not exceed 90%; 

◇ Wind speed: no more than 35m/s; 

◇ Pollution grade: Grade III; 

◇ Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees;

高安全性 

帶電部分封閉在 SF6 氣箱中，實現全密封全絕緣；具備滿足五防要求的機械連鎖，杜絕失誤操作的出現； 

進出線電纜采用全絕緣全密封可觸摸連接方式，較大程度保證人身安全；箱體裝設氣壓監測裝置，實現運行期內氣壓的實時監測； 

氣箱后下方設有防爆泄壓裝置，通過權威機構的內燃弧試驗。 

方案靈活 

進出線方式靈活，可實現左、右及下進 ( 出 ) 線；組合方式靈活，單元之間可實現任意組合，無限制擴展； 

采用內置式母線擴展方式，全面滿足使用性、經濟性及美觀要求；設計方案靈活，可滿足用戶現場的要求。 

High safety 

All live parts are enclosed in SF6 gas box to realize full sealing and insulation. It has a mechanical interlock that meets the requirements of the five precautions to prevent misoperation. 

The incoming and outgoing cables adopt fully insulated, fully sealed and touchable connection to ensure personal safety to the greatest extent. The cabinet is equipped with an air pressure monitoring device to realize real-time monitoring of air pressure during operation. 

An explosion-proof pressure relief device is arranged at the rear lower part of the gas box and passes the internal combustion arc test of an authoritative mechanism. 

Flexible scheme 

The incoming and outgoing lines are flexible and can realize left, right and lower incoming (outgoing) lines. The combination mode is flexible, any combination can be realized among all units, and unlimited expansion can be realized; 

Built-in bus expansion mode is adopted to fully meet the requirements of usability, economy and aesthetics. The design scheme is flexible and can meet the requirements of users on site.
